Initially, Relife Collect was deployed on a fully serverless infrastructure, leveraging AWS Lambda for its backend application. However, developers encountered a significant challenge in their routine code releases. Deploying new versions for over 60 Lambda Functions running in the live environment had a profound impact on the end-user experience. This situation posed a critical issue in an industry that demands near-zero faults, as any disruptions could lead to financial losses, time wastage, and erode trust between Relife as a corporation and its clients.
